Chess Group

Led by volunteer chess expert, Harvey Alter, our chess club will be meeting the first Saturday of the month. Times for adults and teens is 10 am to 1 pm and for children is noon to 1 pm. Bring a chess set if you have one!

Open to children, age 12 and under. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Sign up at the circulation desk or call the library at 215-628-8744!

Please note: although instruction is available by prior arrangement with Harvey Alter, this club is generally for the practice of your chess skills!
